A: Allen Limousine does NOT use sub-contractors, when you reserve a vehicle with us, you will get a driver that works for Allen Limousine, a vehicle with personalized license plates, that is owned by Allen Limousine and is Licensed and insured. How do I reserve a car with Allen Limousine?
A: Simply call our office at 972-747-0011, make a reservation on our website, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax the reservation to 972-692-7722. We will need a credit card when making a reservation, and we will send you a confirmation back by email.
What are acceptable methods of payment?
A: We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover as well as checks, cash is accepted; however, we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.
What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a live representative, not an answering machine or answering service.
What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation Fees for Sedans.
4 hours or more prior to pick up time = no charge.
Less than 4 hours to pick up time = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions.
Cancellation Fees for Limos & Buses.
72 hours or more prior to pick up time = No charge.
Less than 72 hours to pick up time= 50% charge.
Same day cancellation = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions.
Do I pay for the service if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
A: We do not charge for delays due to weather or airline issues, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any flight changes. Our agents will monitor your flight, and if airline has cancelled your flight, a vehicle will NOT be sent unless we hear from you with new updates.
Is a wet bar included with a limousine rental?
A: We will provide soft drinks, water & ice at no charge, you CAN bring alcohol on board as long as everyone in limousine is over 21.
Is the 20% service fee the drivers tip?
A: NO, 20% service fee is the tax, administrative fee & a fuel surcharge. Gratuity for the driver we leave it up to the client.
We have 11 people in our party, can we squeeze into a 10-passenger limousine?
A: Insurance covers up to the amount of people the vehicle holds, and we will not allow more than that, it is for your own safety.
Why do you charge $12 tolls for airport pickup/drop off?
A: Sometimes our drivers may use tollways to get to your pick-up location, there is $4.66 toll when a licensed limo company enters and exit the airport. Instead of calculating each toll during the trip, we charge $12.00 tolls, which is the average tolls, instead of counting tolls on the way, we give you total cost ahead of time to make it easier.
