Have used Allen Limo multiple times over the past few years for airport drop-off/pick-up's. I have always been completely satisfied with their operation. Their reservation system is great and easy to use, their fleet of cars have always been clean, and most importantly ....they are extremely dependable. I'm adding this review due to my experience with Allen Limo during the Jan 2026 ice storm. We were caught out of town and went through a series of airline cancellations and delays. Reaching Allen Limo for road updates and potential changes was fantastic! They always got back to me within minutes of when I reached out, usually well outside normal business hours. I highly recommend them.

Required a private car for some Christmas/landscape photo opportunities. I reached out to Allen limousine and their response was prompt. They provided rates which were what I was looking for based on the time I needed. They accepted cash which was a plus. The driver was early. The car was very clean, smelled fresh. The outside was very clean and the car looked almost brand new. The driver was dressed properly and was a great representation of high end driving service. Would recommend.

Allen Limo was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and made sure our group of 16 had the right vehicle (a party bus) instead of trying to squeeze us into something unsafe. The driver arrived early, was courteous and attentive and drove safely the entire evening. The bus was clean and well-maintained and I had peace of mind my teenager and their friends were in good hands during their special homecoming night. Highly recommend!
